Twisted Gorilla Pro does not offer a refund on its software after
installation for the upfront cost.

User Licence
There are no contracts associated with User Licences.
If at any time you change your mind and no longer wish to use the Twisted Gorilla
Pro software.
Please notify our office at info@twistedgorilla.com.au explaining your request and
reason. We will terminate your monthly user licence log in and cancel your monthly
user subscription fee within thirty days.The quantity of User Licences may be
increased or reduced at any time. Please notify our office at
info@twistedgorilla.com.au outlining your request.

Payment of Monthly Subscription
Subscription fees are paid monthly by direct credit card payment.
There are no transaction surcharges. Invoices will be provided by email only.
